White Bay
Popularly known as the beach the Soggy Dollar is on, White Bay is without a doubt one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Pristine white sand, and mile long waterfront allow for a casual stroll with your feet in the water. A swing in one of the many hammocks strung between the palm trees or a blended island drink from one of the beach side shacks isn’t a bad way to spend an afternoon.

Sandy Cay & Sandy Spit

Either island creates a vision of what it’s like to be stranded on a deserted Island. You won’t find anything but white sand and coconut trees. This is a popular spot for you to swim ashore from the boat and wander around aimlessly in the sun, sand, and surf. Try your hand at opening a coconut right on the beach or just lie in the sand and let the waves wash over you.

Smuggler's Cove
Smuggler’s Cove is a great place to spend the morning or afternoon limin’ in the sun and sipping blended drinks in the sand. Captain Stevens runs his little drink stand with power from his Jeep. Lunch is served daily, grilled on a charcoal bbq. As long as you like hot dogs and hamburgers you will be happy. Simple, friendly, and relaxed would be the first three words to mind when describing the atmosphere in this cove.

North Shore of St. John
It is likely that part of your trip will enable you to see the North Shore beaches of St. John as you are headed to or from the BVI, but some of the beaches are worth a visit! A cruise along the shore gives you a chance to scope out your favorite beach to enjoy later in the week with your car. If you just can’t wait that long, maybe a stop at Honeymoon beach is just what you need to end your day aboard Lion In Da Sun.
