Cooper Island is actually a resort with about ten holiday houses, a restaurant, and an extensive dive operation. Don’t ask for a blended smoothie drink when we stop for lunch though, they kill the power during the day so that they can run lights at night! Sitting just above the beach and a stones throw from the dock, the restaurant has one of the more beautiful views of Tortola. The operation is owned by one family and they truly understand what it means to take care of the visitors that decide to tie up to their dock for lunch.
